Our SGS101 Magnetron Power Supply Switch allows you to sequentially operate 4 sputter guns from one power supply through a touch screen interface. With the SGS101, you can disconnect the power supply from one of your sputter guns and reconnect it to another and you will not need to purchase another power supply if you are sequentially coating. The SGS101 also has process control functionally with two internally energized 120vac onboard outlets and two non-powered 12 VDC relays that are activated from the user interface when the ?Start? button is pressed. This allows you to simply control the gas valves, carousels and operate as you require.
