Linear nanopositioning table / motorized

The IKO Nano Linear NT...V compact linear motor table possesses and impressive functional beauty through the arrangement of magnets and scale for the optical linear encoder to the movable steel table, and the stator coil and head for the linear encoder to the steel bed. A C-Lube Linear Way L is utilized for the guiding portion of the the table, which possesses a maintenance free cycle of 5 years, or 20,000 km.

The use of high performance neodymium magnets for the rotor result in a maximum thrust of 36N, allowing for high speed high response positioning. This device is ideal for use as a compact positioning mechanism like a semiconductor, liquid crystal related manufacturing equipment, inspection instruments and for assembly equipment that require clean environments for operation.
