Secondary conveyor belt cleaner

The FMS Secondary Belt Cleaner features carbide blades, self-adjusting spring tensioners and unique cushions that independently tension each blade to the belt. This simple but durable design provides quality cleaning performance at an affordable price.

Features and Benefits:

6" (150 mm) segmented blades that are independently tensioned by FMS cushions
Self-adjusting MST spring tensioner that maintains optimal blade-to-belt contact
The MST tensioner makes setup and maintenance quick and easy
Tungsten carbide blade tips for excellent carryback removal
Ability to visually inspect tension by simply measuring tension spring
Options:

Available with two blade options ? C-Tips for mechanically fastened belts or V-Tips for vulcanized belts
Additional cleaner sizes available upon request
Applications:

Underground mining, hard rock and metal mining, aggregate, and bulk material handling
For belt widths from 18" ? 72" (450 ? 1800 mm); poles can accommodate belt widths plus 54" (1350 mm)
Can be mounted optimal 4" (100 mm) from the transition point where the belt leaves the head pulley or any location down the beltline
Compact tensioner makes for a great choice in limited-space applications
