The FPS Cartridge Filters, manufactured by Critical Process®, is designed to adhere the requirements that the FDA needs for the food industry. The low protein binding of the Polyethersulfone (PES) makes a great choice for the fermentation and filtration of the beverage. The cartridge filter ensures a product protection, because of the high purity of water that flushes the FPS Membrane Filter Cartridges. It is used to remove manufacturing debris and protect the product. Its design gives a thorough handling of sanitation and cleaning. Plus, an individual test of each cartridge module is being done before releasing from manufacture to ensure stability and particles at the rated pore size are retained.
