The Hydrophilic N66 cartridge filter has a hydrophilic nylon N66 microporous membrane. It offers high flow capacity, high intensity and a wide chemical compatibility. It is ideal for use in the bio-pharmaceutical field, such as diagnostic reagents, medicine water, infusion and antibiotic solution, medical solvent and injection, and more. It provides various types of filtration precision using either a single or double later of nylon N66 microporous membrane as well as a polypropylene (PP) skeleton and supporting material.

In compliance with GMP and FDA standards, it also meets the current USP Biological Safety standards and GB9688-1988, GB/T17291-1998 standards. Before shipment, the Hydrophilic N66 cartridge filter completely passes the integrity test, inclusive of bubble point value, diffusion flow and pressure hold. The full verification guidance and documentation are provided. It must pass a pressure test, bacteria challenge test, biological safety test, cleaning test, heat resistance test and flow measurement.
