Main characteristic of the working center for fitting hardware 25-BFA/S is its extreme versatility. According to individual needs, several tools can be placed in this center, even in the future, and its function can be hereafter summarized:
1 » milling unit for embedding cremone bolts;
» positioning of handle, on the right or on the left;
» positioning of height of the handle;

2 » automatic recording of measurements and cutting,
for cremone bolts, scissors, compasses and any other fastenings;

3 » fastening of hardware,
» insertion of hinges, that is recording of position, drilling and insertion;

4 » drilling for application of handle.
Furthermore, many operations can become automatic through mechanical memories, pneumatic memories, logics managed by PLC.
The bench can be tilted pneumatically by 20 degrees
