The Makino D800Z is different from other vertical machining centers as it provides accuracy and speed in the same package.

The D800Z was launched in 2013 as a new machine that is a continuation of the D500. The machine is for die and mold purposes and can be used in the aerospace field. The D800Z provides users with access to the table and spindle. This is a rigid unit that cuts well and has a strong surface finish and automation feature.

This unit is much more powerful and can work at speeds of up to 18,000rpm depending on the unit. The two-side front door feature creates an effective unit and is small enough to keep the operating costs down. The risk of collision-induced damages is also minimal.
