The ERD-Technology guarantees perfect drying results, low operating costs and a virtually maintenance free production.

Pre-dried compressed air (6-10 bar) from air system of the customer become expanded to atmospheric pressure. Thus the dew point of the process air sinks to a low level.

Subsequently the process air is heated to the required drying temperature and released into the drying container (drying hopper). The dry air streams upward by the material and is dehydrated the moisture.

The result: continuous drying performance, maximum reliability, easy handling and less space requirements.
