Heatless desiccant compressed air dryer / compact

The HL 0003 - HL 0030 heatless adsorption desiccant dryers can supply a dew point air up to -40°C at 7 bar of pressure that is highly usable for operations in chemical, pharmaceutical, and laboratory facilitates that require good compressed air. It contains an inlet air temperature at 35°C and has a work/purge cycle that reaches 5/5 min. The flow rate has the capacity to reach up to 300 l/min depending on the model.

The adsorption substance that holds the compressed air humidty creates the charge of the tank and then removed during the regeneration process. The regeneration process is composed of releasing a small portion of desiccated air and flowing it down to the tank to be regenerated. Maintenance of the dryer depend on the removal of contaminated elements on the inlet and it is highly advisable to use HF type coalesence pre-filters on the inlet.
