Desiccant compressed air dryer

The air given off by compressors contains water vapor. This is influenced by the relative humidity and ambient temperature. The volume of air decreases proportionally when it is compressed. When this happens, it will result in condensate formation.

Condensate is the primary cause of corrosion in pipe lines, resulting in expensive down time, delayed response time, faults in pneumatic controls and increase in tool wear. Compressed air driers separate the contaminants and condensate. This drier from ELGI offers a high-performing and trustworthy solution in the Airmate driers.

This has a low press drop of only 0.2Kg/cm2. It has the lowest operating cost and highly efficient heat-transferring heat exchanger. It has non-cyclic operation with low tear and wear. It is very durable and can be water-cooled or air-cooled. Lastly, the machine is tropicalized which makes it suitable for high ambient conditions.
