Kaeser Heat Regenerated Desiccant Dryer provides compressed air that can be dried to as low as a -40°C dewpoint, often necessary in frost-prone areas and/or sensitive industries like pharmaceuticals, electronics, etc.

The KAESER?s series DN/DW desiccant dryers remove a high degree of moisture while the heat regeneration ensures minimal compressed air is necessary to purge. Heated blown air regenerates the desiccant.

There is a minimal demand of energy because the thermal insulation is so efficient and there is a minimal demand on purging air. The unit has a temperature monitoring feature which saves even more energy. It provides more than enough volume of desiccant charge to make sure the drying is complete. It has a PLC controller with full instrumentation.
