Desiccant compressed air dryer

Meech SpeedDri is an in-booth drying system based on compressed air. It has been developed to quicken the drying of all water-based paints. The easy-to-use SpeedDri provides significant time and cost savings for bodyshops. The system is highly adaptable and can retrofit almost all existing spraybooths. It is almost free of maintenance.

The SpeedDri system employs Venturi air amplifier technology. Air amplifiers can provide large airflows, yet their compressed air volume requirements are low. Up to 25 air amplification is possible.

With the SpeedDri system, air stream is directed over the painted surface. This ensures faster water evaporation from the paint coating. The ring main is positioned either on top of the booths's roof or in the plenum in the middle of the filters and roof. The main feeds 14 drop points. These drop points enable positioning of air amplifier drops at almost all angles of the booth.
