Desiccant compressed air dryer

The dryers are easily mountable on the throat of the process machine. They can also be mounted on an adjacent support frame. The air supplied by factory which is expanded to atmospheric pressure is taken by the LUXOR CA dryer. Thus a very dry process air is produced due to this which has a very low dew point. This is then heated to the drying temperature which is needed. Desiccant is not required. All of the models are fitted with thermostat as well as low air flow safety switch which is useful to prevent overheating of the material. The hinged lid on each of the drying bin enables easy access and it also has a flange where a motan hopper loader can be fitted easily. This motan hopper loader ca be used for auto material conveying.
