The distillation unit is used to perform nitrogen analysis and protein determination according to Kjeldahl method in food&feed industry and other applications in environmental and chemical industries after having digested the sample accurately.

VELP Scientifica introduces its new range of five UDK Series Kjeldahl distillation units with a choice of automation features and designed to meet the most diversified laboratory needs.
It is the fourth generation of steam distillation units, showing a continuous improvement and developing of our instruments. Unparalleled technology along with premium materials for high-quality products and extremely reliable results in terms of the quantification of nitrogen content and protein determination in different samples.
