High-speed pneumatic spindle are capable of performing high-speed micro-machining. It is characterized by its optimum runout accuracy that can spot spindle motion during rotation therefore eradicating faulty micro-machine procedures due to poor dynamic runouts. This spindle provides minimal thermal displacement and its tool change can be done automatically through the application of air with the aid of a stop block. Expensive high-speed machining procedures are eradicated through this tool.
