ENGRENAGES HPC has completed its already wide range of worm and wheel gearboxes by adding new models with integrated torque limiters. Designed to occupy the minimum of space and requiring no additional assembly, the integrated torque limiter offers maximum protection against overloads.

General characteristics:
- Available in 3 sizes (CHML40, CHML50 and CHML63)
- Ratios from 20:1 to 100:1
- Torque fully adjustable up to maximum indicated value
- Maximum input speed: 2,800rpm

Materials:
- Housing: aluminium
- Worm: treated steel
- Wheel: bronze (cast hub)
- Lubrication: synthetic oil ISO VG320

Accessory:
- Torque arm (CHMbr)

Major feature:
The torque limiter with its integrated oil bath requires no maintenance.
