The HP series is manufactured by Atlanta, and is a high-performance worm gear unit that is especially intended for utilize with the three-phase and DC servo-motors. It is available in 5 sizes in center distance of 50, 63, 80, 100 and 125 mm, which is available in 8 ratios including 4:75, 6:75, 9:25, 14:5, 19:5, 29:1, 39:1 and 52:1.

The unit has adjustable circumferential backlash
The center distances, gear ratios and tooth systems has been selected in accordance with DIN 3975/76.
