Description: This large format stage from Prior Scientific combines precision with a large movement range making it ideal for detailed inspection of large objects, with a repeatability of 4 µm (increasing to 0.3 µm with the addition of linear scales) ensuring that even larger samples can benefit from the accurate movement provided by the H116. Either aluminium or glass inserts are available depending on the application, in addition to wafer chuck inserts for inspection of large semiconductor wafers. The stage can accommodate loads of up to 25 kg.
