XY nanopositioning stage

The Nano-T Series of cost-effective multi-axis nanopositioning systems is available in several different configurations. It features a motion range of up to 200 microns over X and Y axes, with up to 50 microns over Z axis. The central aperture was designed to accommodate lenses and probes without any performance decrease, while the internal positioning sensors based on proprietary PicoQ® technology and closed loop control enable absolute, repeatable position measurement with picometer accuracy. These models are designed for applications that require excellent positioning accuracy, without concerns about the overall height of the stage.
For applications in need of low profile solutions, Nano-Bio2 and the Nano-LP Series are available.
