XY nanopositioning stage

The PXY Series by Piezosystem Jena is an XY nanopositioning stage which is used to compromised piezo electric actuators into a flexure hinges systems. With these assembly, it enables the unit to work under a dynamic conditions having a nanometer accuracy. It comes with a travel range of about 700 microns per axes. Also, it is equipped with an integrated feedback control designed for long term stability and sub-nanometer accuracy. This tool is ideal for specific application such as optics, fiber positioning, laser technology, 2D-scanning motions, automated and teleguided systems. Plus it comes with a construction principle which result to a high resolution application that can go far beyond the requirement of mechanical and electromechanical positioning systems. Its just easy to mount in all type of positioning system.
