The NESTRO jet filter is used as an intermediate filter to remove various dusts. It may be used on either the clean gas or the raw gas side and is the perfect solution for 24/7 operation.
The modular element design allows the length to be configured in stages (1,180 mm) while the width remains the same (2,400 mm). The fully-automatic valve control with controller guarantees the optimal regeneration of the filter system. Cleaning is performed depending on the differential pressure, which reduces the compressed air consumption to a minimum.
The filter unit consists of the filter disc, filter tubes or filter cartridges and preliminary separation chamber. The filter area amounts to between 74 and 144 m² per element depending on the type and length. The selection of the filter media depends on the transported material as well as the exhaust airflow. Reliable compliance with the TA-Luft (Technical Guidelines on Air Quality Control) limit values is ensured.

Stability, safety and convenient handling are just some of the strengths of the NESTRO jet filter.
The weather protection lining protects the filter system against weather influences. It is also used as a load-bearing component for the tube suspension. The design enables a targeted exhaust airflow and the vacuum operation of the system. All parts of the system can be easily and safely accessed. This minimises service costs.
